RemCall places automated voice calls to deliver the reminders you schedule. You are responsible for the numbers and content you add, and for using the service lawfully. Don't use RemCall to harass, deceive, or contact people who haven't agreed to be called.
You need an account to use RemCall. Keep your password secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be able to form a binding contract in your country to register.
The voice on the call is an AI agent, not a person, and every call is recorded and transcribed from the moment it connects. Recording cannot be turned off — if you don't want a call recorded, don't answer it.
RemCall does not announce on the call that it is automated or recorded. So if anyone other than you might hear or answer a reminder — on speakerphone, or your phone in someone else's hands — you must tell them the call is an automated, recorded call before they speak. Many countries and US states require every person on a call to consent to being recorded; meeting that where you are is your responsibility, not ours.
RemCall is sold as a monthly plan that includes a set number of reminder minutes. Each call uses at least one minute, rounded up to the next whole minute. Plan minutes refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over; minutes bought separately as a top-up do not expire. You can change plan or cancel at any time, and rates may change with notice.
We work to keep RemCall reliable but can't guarantee a call will always connect — carriers, networks, and devices are outside our control. RemCall is a convenience, not a safety system: never rely on it alone for medication, medical, legal or any other safety-critical reminder, and always keep an independent method for anything that matters.
