RemCall is made by one person. Messages come straight to me and I answer every one, usually within a business day.
The fastest way is from inside the app — open Profile, then Help, and send a message. It arrives with your plan and recent call details attached, so I can usually answer without asking you anything. You’ll get a text when I reply.

You set a reminder with a time. At that time RemCall places a real phone call to your number, reads the reminder aloud in the voice and language you picked, and lets you snooze it, mark it done, or create a new reminder just by talking. Nothing happens on your phone's lock screen — it rings like any other call.
Open the reminder in the app and look at the call history underneath it — every attempt records why it ended. The usual causes are: the call went to voicemail, your phone was on Do Not Disturb or silent, the carrier blocked an unknown number, or you had no minutes left. If it says you were out of minutes, top up or pick a plan and the next one will ring. If the reason looks wrong, send us the reminder and we'll look at the call log on our side.
Carriers sometimes label unknown numbers as spam, which can silence a reminder call. In the app, go to Profile and tap "Save RemCall to contacts" — that stores the number we call you from, so your phone treats it as a known caller. It only writes that one contact and never reads or uploads your address book.
Every plan includes a number of reminder minutes each month. A call uses at least one minute, rounded up to the whole minute, and minutes are only spent when a call actually connects — scheduling reminders is free, and a call nobody answers costs nothing. Plan minutes refresh at the start of each billing period and don't roll over. Minutes bought as a top-up never expire.
Lite is $3.99 a month, Plus is $9.99, and Pro is $24.99. The price and the minutes are identical whether you subscribe on iPhone or on the web. New accounts start with free minutes so you can hear a real call before paying anything.
On iPhone, subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Profile, tap Plan & minutes, then Manage subscription — or go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep the bigger plan until then. If you subscribed on the web, open Billing in your dashboard to change your plan or card. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep your minutes until the period ends.
Turn on "Keep calling" when you create a reminder and RemCall will ring back several times until you pick up and confirm you're awake. It's meant for the things you genuinely cannot sleep through. Each attempt that connects uses minutes, so it costs more than an ordinary reminder.
Tap the microphone in the app and you can create, move or cancel reminders by speaking normally — no forms. You can also ask what's coming up. The assistant only ever sees your own account.
Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can check what was said and so we can investigate problems. You can see them under each reminder. If anyone on a call asks whether they're speaking to a real person or whether the call is recorded, the assistant answers truthfully.
Open Profile, then Security, then Delete account. That removes your reminders, call history, recordings and transcripts. It can't be undone, and it does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in your Apple subscription settings.
